"Hi Stephanie! I am a fan of your books. I just purchased Raw Energy and can hardly wait to try out all the amazing recipes you have in it. My favorite so far .. stuffing a medjool date with pecans! Absolutely decadent and satisfies my sweet tooth craving every time!"

"Hi Ms. Tourles: I love your books. I just finished going through the recipes of the "Organic Body Care Recipes" book. I use the strawberry paste for my cleanser each night and aloe vera as my toner. I am seeing a HUGE improvement in my skin. I turned 30 this year and didn't do very much to take care of my skin as I found my skin didn't have any long term results with commercial products. I really appreciate all of the hard work you have put into your books. I have learned so much and am now faithfully body brushing and using extra virgin coconut oil as a moisturizer. These two things alone have been a great source of pampering for this busy mom. You are making a difference!....Thanks!" Holly Williams

I bought this book at the prompting of my niece. We both like our sweets but try to eat healthy. Well this book lets you do both. The cookies in the back are real yummy and they get rid of your sweet craving. Excellent book for anyone. Fun recipes for children to make and enjoy.
"I bought your book, "Raw Energy", and just love it and all the healthy recipes. I'm just amazed by how delicious these treats are and so easy and healthy! I can't wait to make more recipes . . . and share with my family! Thank you so much as I incorporate more raw food into my diet. It is definitely a learning experience, but it just got easier with your recipes.!" - Serena Copley, January 2013

"I'm very impressed with Raw Energy. I've been looking for ways to add more raw food to my diet, but not necessarily at dinner. And I don't have time, nor the organization, for raw food cookbooks that make you start an entree 3-5 days ahead of time to sprout, soak and dehydrate the creation. This book focuses on snacks.
"You are such a respected author, Stephanie. Your books fill the bookshelves of most people I know who make their own (herbal) products . . . your books were instrumental in my learning this "craft" we call herbalism. Please don't give up writing! You're just too good at it!" - Bonnie Kavanaugh, RN, and author of "Rubies In The Sand: Recipes From The Cape Cod Cranberry Bogs"

Dear Stephanie: Bless you, thank you, I salute you for writing this absolutely delicious and easy to execute recipes book (Raw Energy). I'm slowy making my way through the "Raw Confections" section to the delight of my daughters and friends and my doctor's who I share them with. People think I'm brilliant. I tell them it's YOU who makes me brilliant and I pass on the title. (You could so manufacture these and sell them.) Thank you for who you are in the world and your commitment to people's well being and living an energized life. - Susan Cantor, 4/26/12 "I love being able to send a message to someone that has inspired me. I have been wanting to improve my life from the inside out and been considering a raw diet. Truthfully, I just don't feel good. I have and have read many books on "no meat of any kind" and I've struggled with that. I believe that all of our nutrients should come from a food source and not a powder or supplement. Don't get me wrong, since most of us are deficient, by all means we should take advantage of all resources. I'm just saying why take a B12 supplement, when you can get it easily from a food source? So, as I was looking into finding that "right book", I stumbled onto your book "Raw Energy" through Amazon. With what little I read, I knew that I had to get it. Plus, I ordered 2 additional books and look forward to reading them all within 48 hours!! I've been blessed with having 6 daughters ranging from 3-26 years old, and had the honor of being a surrogate to 2 boys, one being born as recently as 9/09.
I'm 45 years old and for the first time I'm looking my age!! Truthfully, a bit haggish to be honest! I look forward to taking all your knowledge and incorporating it into my life. I can't wait to see the transformation. Thank you for doing the footwork for me and I look forward to seeing my "real age" back to 30 something!!!
I totally understood your direction on raw food and so appreciate it! I've been doing so much reading on it, that I was beginning to get frustrated. Until I read excerpts from your book. Finally, someone that understands the balance that our bodies need nutritionally! Now I can use all the tools that I will be learning to get my eating habits, as well as those of my family, back on track.
Warmly, Sue Gonzalez
P.S. Thanks for being on Facebook. I love the tidbits that you send out!
