Stephanie Tourles is a Licensed Holistic Esthetician in TX, ME, & MA.  With over 25 years experience, a background in Western and Ayurvedic herbalism, and extensive training in the nutritional sciences, she is a practicing "skin care herbalist" specializing in plant-based topical treatments and nutritional therapies for skin concerns.

 

Stephanie is also a practicing Certified Professional Foot & Hand Reflexologist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Aromatherapist, and maintains professional memberships at the:

 Alliance of International Aromatherapy 

Reflexology Association of America

and the Texas Reflexology Association

Ms. Tourles is a prolific writer on the topics of natural, chemical-free skin & body care, raw food nutrition, bug repellents, essential oils, foot care, and well-being.  She is the author of 15 books including Organic Body Care Recipes; Hands-On Healing Remedies; Raw Energy; Raw Energy In A Glass; Naturally Bug-Free; Stephanie Tourles's Essential Oils: A Beginner's Guide; Pure Skin Care, and FOOT CARE Handbook.

 

Stephanie writes with passion and conviction about the benefits of organic herbs and whole foods to encourage a "healthy you" and healthy planet.  It is her mission to educate and inspire the readers of her books, articles, and blogs to achieve their highest level of mind, body, and spirit wellness.
