"I love being able to send a message to someone that has inspired me. I have been wanting to improve my life from the inside out and been considering a raw diet. Truthfully, I just don't feel good. I have and have read many books on "no meat of any kind" and I've struggled with that. I believe that all of our nutrients should come from a food source and not a powder or supplement. Don't get me wrong, since most of us are deficient, by all means we should take advantage of all resources. I'm just saying why take a B12 supplement, when you can get it easily from a food source? So, as I was looking into finding that "right book", I stumbled onto your book "Raw Energy" through Amazon. With what little I read, I knew that I had to get it. Plus, I ordered 2 additional books and look forward to reading them all within 48 hours!! I've been blessed with having 6 daughters ranging from 3-26 years old, and had the honor of being a surrogate to 2 boys, one being born as recently as 9/09.
I'm 45 years old and for the first time I'm looking my age!! Truthfully, a bit haggish to be honest! I look forward to taking all your knowledge and incorporating it into my life. I can't wait to see the transformation. Thank you for doing the footwork for me and I look forward to seeing my "real age" back to 30 something!!!
I totally understood your direction on raw food and so appreciate it! I've been doing so much reading on it, that I was beginning to get frustrated. Until I read excerpts from your book. Finally, someone that understands the balance that our bodies need nutritionally! Now I can use all the tools that I will be learning to get my eating habits, as well as those of my family, back on track.
Warmly, Sue Gonzalez
P.S. Thanks for being on Facebook. I love the tidbits that you send out! |

Hi Stephanie!
I came across your book, "Organic Body Care Recipes", while studying for the Art and Science of Herbalism course through Rosemary Gladstar. I have absolutely fallen in love with that book, but what originally caught my eye was the write up about you. I really want to become a holistic esthetician which was my reason for taking the course with Rosemary. I have been so inspired by your book because it has made me feel like my dream is one that can really happen......Sincerely, Megan Szabo |

"You are such a respected author, Stephanie. Your books fill the bookshelves of most people I know who make their own (herbal) products . . . your books were instrumental in my learning this "craft" we call herbalism. Please don't give up writing! You're just too good at it!" - Bonnie Kavanaugh, RN, and author of "Rubies In The Sand: Recipes From The Cape Cod Cranberry Bogs" - Copyright 2010. |

“Dear Stephanie: I just finished reading your book “How To Feel Fabulous Today”. I really enjoyed the book and have been putting some of the things into practice right away. I am a massage therapist and I know that I need to do these things for myself as well as tell clients that they need to take time to care for themselves. But, I seem to never “take the time” to take care of myself. So, reading your book just reiterated for me what I need to do. Thank you for the gentle nudge in the right direction. Thank you again for your wonderful book.”

“Dear Stephanie: I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your book,
“Organic Body Care Recipes”. I have made a few things, so far my favorite is the
“Lavender & Roses Gentle Cleanser”. I have used it every morning for the past four weeks and follow with the “Ph Balancing Toner” and I see an amazing difference in my skin. I also made some “Cocoa Butter Creamy Lotion”, not only was it fun to make, but I love the way it soothes my skin from head to toe!
The list of suppliers was so helpful. I already used Mountain Rose Herbs, but now I have many places to choose from and don’t have to search myself. You made it so easy.
Thanks for sharing your expertise. I look forward to making many more recipes and sharing them with my family and friends.”

“Dear Stephanie: I found this book, “365 Ways To Energize Mind, Body & Soul” on one of the lowest days. I’ve been struggling with decreased energy over the last few weeks and just couldn’t put my finger on it. I’d recently lost over 30 pounds and within a month afterwards, put 10 pounds back on. I had worked so hard to get that weight off. I feel so weighed down – no pun intended. I suddenly lost my desire to exercise or even have the motivation to do anything it seems. I have no reason that I can think of for this happening. I have a great fiancé, great – though stressful – job, great family . . .
Anyway . . . I was walking around the mall the other day and something told me to go to the bookstore . . . so I went. And, on my way out, there it was!!! This book. That night I started to read and it hit me like a ton of bricks. I’m not including enough sources of energy in my life. What little I do have is simply not enough. I lost that weight by following a very strict, regimented and health diet. I was often frustrated, but I can’t remember a time in my life when I felt better in my mind and body. I just wanted to thank you for this incredible book and for finding it when I needed it most.
Sincerely - Jessica Ledoux, October 9, 2002 |

"I have been reading your book, "Organic Body Care Recipes", and I have been completely loving it! I work full-time and as soon as I get home from work, I want to start concocting as many potions as possible! Yesterday, my husband walked into a room, and there I was, with essential oils, jars, measuring spoons, and a glass vial with a dropper, spread across a table, with yoru book open, FULL of Post-It's and notes. I was creating an "elixir recipe". He thinks it's adorable and I'm totally obsessed. I have always been into products, testing them, accumulating them, reading about them, etc. Over the last few years, I have been trying to move towards more natural products, but I am always at the mercy of the people who make them. It is SO empowering and FUN to be making them myself, and knowing exactly what is inside, and the healing benefits. I am IN LOVE with the "Protection Cream" and body brushing!"

Good morning,
I have made your cocoa butter creamy lotion several times - it is our most favorite cream!! In fact, I could get addicted to using it overly much all day because of its beautiful silky finish and exquisite aroma. I like to use it on my face, too. Thanks for your wonderful book (Organic Body Care Recipes) - it is such a treasure. Keep writing - I am looking forward to your next book this winter...... Junell Lynch |
